Terms of Service

1. What JaveeAds is

JaveeAds is a local business network: customers discover businesses, follow them, save deals, request quotes and contact them; businesses publish posts, reels and deals and connect with customers and with other businesses.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 to create an account and at least 18 to open a business account or buy a plan.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• A business account must represent a real business you own or are authorized to represent.
• Personal accounts are free.

3. Business plans and payments

• Business plans (Starter, Pro and J+) are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. They renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid; we do not give refunds for partial months.
• Hero Spotlight is a one-time payment for 7 days of featured placement on the home page.
• AI image credits, whether included with a plan or bought separately, have no cash value and are not refundable.
• Prices and plan benefits may change. We will tell you before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it applies.
• If a payment fails or a plan ends, your ads may stop showing and plan features may be locked until you pay.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (profile details, photos, videos, ads, comments, reviews and messages). You give JaveeAds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show, adapt (for example, resize or translate) and distribute that content on JaveeAds and to promote JaveeAds, for as long as it is on the site.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

5. What is not allowed

We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.

• Illegal, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive content, offers or ads.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content or content that exploits minors.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or fake accounts, followers, likes or reviews.
• Pretending to be another person or business, or claiming licenses, insurance or badges you do not have.
• Collecting other members' information without permission, scraping, or trying to break or overload the site.
• Selling regulated or prohibited products or services.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. A review marked "verified" comes from someone who contacted the business through JaveeAds; it does not mean we confirmed the details of the experience. Businesses may not pay for, write or pressure for reviews of themselves or their competitors.

7. Dealings between members

JaveeAds is not a party to any agreement, quote, purchase, booking, deal or referral between customers and businesses or between businesses. Businesses are solely responsible for their services, prices, deals, licenses and conduct. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any service or offer.

The trust score, "Licensed", "License verified", "Insured" and ownership badges are informational. They are based on data businesses provide and activity on JaveeAds and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check licenses and insurance with the issuing authority before hiring.

Referrals and recommendations are made by businesses, not by JaveeAds.

8. JaveeAds property

The JaveeAds name, logo, design and software belong to JaveeAds. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using JaveeAds at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put members at risk. If we close a paid account for breaking the terms, no refund is due.

10. Disclaimers

JaveeAds is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will get a certain number of views, leads or customers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, JaveeAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for anything arising from dealings between members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid JaveeAds in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

12. Your responsibility

You agree to cover JaveeAds for claims and costs caused by your content, your business, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. Using JaveeAds after that means you accept the new terms.
